This is a customized "Future Finance Leader" acceleration track designed for you. You will serve as a business partner and core team member of the CFO, undergoing an 18–24 month intensive rotation and project-based training. Through systematic development, we aim to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial and governance core in a short period, enabling you to quickly grow into an independent financial manager or business leader.
1. Core Rotation Practice:
Finance Module: Engage in in-depth rotations across core functions such as financial reporting, financial analysis, budget management, taxation, and M&A finance, participating in global financial operations.
Board Secretariat Module: Participate in corporate governance, investor relations, capital operations, strategic investment project support, and the preparation of key board materials.
2. Strategic Project Support:
Under the guidance of the CFO, participate in or lead key strategic projects, such as global financing, cross-border M&A planning, post-merger integration, and business process optimization.
Conduct in-depth industry and competitor financial analysis to provide insights for management decision-making.
3. Executive Support and Collaboration:
Assist in preparing high-quality materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and investor communications.
Efficiently coordinate cross-departmental (R&D, commercial, operations) financial matters to drive project implementation.
1. Educational Background: Possess a master's or doctoral degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, or a related field from a globally top-tier institution.

This is a customized "Future Operation Leader" acceleration track designed for you. You will serve as a business partner and core team member of the COO, undergoing an 18–24 month intensive rotation and project-based training in China and Spain.
Rotate through core departments such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Raw Materials, and Supply Chain under the guidance of the COO.
Participate in company operations analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of strategic projects.
Assist in cross-departmental project management and drive key R&D initiatives.
Systematically engage in the international drug R&D and industrialization pathway.
Hold a Master's or Ph.D. from a QS Top 100 university in a pharmaceutical-related field such as Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
Possess strong learning agility, logical analysis skills, and interdisciplinary understanding.

1.Overall responsibility for the production department at the Anji Plant, establishing a production management system to ensure high quality, efficiency, on-time delivery, and production cost control across all production lines.
2.Ensure compliance with quality and EHS regulations during the production process.
3.Responsible for the end-to-end management of technology transfers for projects from the Anji Plant to the workshop until project delivery is completed.
4.Ensure the smooth reception, transfer, and production of projects from R&D at the Shanghai headquarters or other subsidiaries.
5.Responsible for liaising with Shanghai headquarters R&D and project management at various sites regarding process management, information feedback, and technology/process optimization to ensure project stability, iteration, and on-time delivery.
6.Responsible for URS, equipment selection, and production line layout for newly established production lines and related production functions at the Anji factory, ensuring compliance and operability of the production lines.
1.Over 5 years of experience in technology and/or production management of vaccines, biological products, or sterile products.
2.Familiar with domestic and international GMP regulatory requirements for the production of vaccines, biological products, or sterile products.
3.Experience in domestic and/or international GMP certification processes.
4.Experience in project construction for the production of vaccines, biological products, or sterile products, or in the selection, installation, commissioning, and full production process of related equipment and facilities.
5.Experience in the production of anti-allergy therapeutic products and production management experience in the preparation of raw materials required for production are preferred.
6.Proficient in ICH guidelines; EU, FDA, and China GMP, and their practical application in the production process.
7.Proficient in using CAD and project management software.

Lead clinical trial design, risk control, and overall progress management.
Review and interpret clinical data to guide R&D decision-making.
Establish and maintain medical communication with regulatory agencies and key opinion leaders.
Build and develop the medical team and cultivate talent.
PhD or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Immunology, with a PhD preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical R&D, with at least 5 years of team management experience.
Familiarity with the allergy/immunology/respiratory therapeutic areas, and proficient knowledge of ICH-GCP and NMPA/FDA/EMA regulations.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
