Ms. Chen has 20 years of experience in company listing, M&A, comprehensive financial management and capital operation in pharmaceutical industry.

Previously, Ms. Chen served as Executive Partner of CBC group, one of the largest and most active healthcare-dedicated investment platforms in Asia.

Ms. Chen served as Vice President and CFO of FOSUN Healthcare Group, led the financial management comprehensively, promoted the upgrading of their financial system, and managed the group's capitalization and external financing.

Before FOSUN Healthcare, she served as CFO of Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd., responsible for financial auditing and IPO preparation which resulted in Porton’s successful listing in China Growth Enterprise Market.

Prior to Porton Pharma, Ms. Chen was a senior auditor in PwC and AA Accounting Firm, as well as in ACTARIS and a subsidiary of Hong Kong TOM Group.

Ms. Chen holds a master’s degree from Southwest University of Finance and Economics, EMBA from China Europe International Business School, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Valuer.
